Purchase
Your order is an offer to buy from Canobolas Wines. There will be no contract of any kind between you and Canobolas Wines unless and until we accept your order, and in the case of wines and goods to be delivered to you, when we debit your credit card. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods or services to you without giving any reason. At the moment we accept your order or in the case of delivery of goods, when we debit your credit card, a contract will be made between you and Canobolas Wines. All wines or other goods ordered remain the property of Canobolas Wines until payment is received in full. Our total liability to you for non-delivery of purchased goods is limited to the purchase price of the products.
Delivery
For delivery of orders, if Canobolas Wines is unable to find a courier that can deliver to your nominated shipping address at a price that is reasonably in line with the shipping rate charged or offered to you, we may at our discretion cancel and refund the order unless you are willing to cover part or all of the delivery costs, as agreed with us.
If an attempt to deliver your order has been made in line with the courier's conditions of carriage, and taking into account the delivery instructions you have provided for the order, and this attempt is unsuccessful, you will be responsible for any costs associated with re-delivery. We are not obliged to refund the order if you choose not to re-deliver.
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature; hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Canobolas Wines is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during delivery.
Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information
We are not responsible if information made available on this Site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this Site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information.
